| Kids Helpline | Kids Helpline – 1800 55 1800 For kids who have a big question or a tiny worry? Zero-judgement and all ears. Kids Helpline is a 24 hour service, so no matter the time or day, kids can reach out. |
| Mental Healthline | Mental Health Line – 1800 011 511 (for everyone) The Mental Health Line is a single number, state -wide 24 hour mental health telephone access service. Anyone with a mental health issue can use the Mental Health Line to speak with a mental health professional and be directed to the right care for them. Carers, other health professionals and emergency workers can also use the Mental Health Line for advice about a person’s clinical symptoms, the urgency of the need for care and local treatment options. |

| Mental Health Newcastle | Mental Health Newcastle – generally refers to mental health services in Newcastle, NSW—covering clinical care, community support groups, crisis intervention, and youth services coordinated under local health networks. |
| Safe Haven HUB | Safe Haven HUB – for anyone feeling like life is too much to handle – have a cuppa, chat to a trained peer support worker. Also a non-clinical alternative to Emergency Department for people at risk of self-harm or suicide. |

| Got Your Back Sistsa – Domestic Violence Support | Got Your Back Sistsa – Domestic Violence Support – offers benevolent relief and support to women and children escaping domestic violence and are at risk of living below the poverty line. We give them a hand up to begin again by providing furniture and household items to set up a safe home free from violence. |
| MindHealth | MindHealth – a free professional counselling service operating between 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday for people 15 years and older living or working in the Hunter New England and Central Coast regions. |
| ACON Peer Work | ACON Peer Work – a confidential peer support for sexuality and gender diverse people aged 18 years or older seeking mental health support. Our peer workers can help people: experiencing mental distress, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or following a suicide attempt. Peer Workers typically offer support over 3 months.
